Did a great job altering my ballroom dress! Julie is so sweet and did exactly as I asked and even gave me more information on how she felt the dress should fit so that I was fully informed before making a decision on how I wanted it altered. I went to pick it up and tried it on again but wanted some small changes made to make the straps tighter and she was even able to make those with no additional charge and offered to have it done for the next day. I wasn’t able to pick it up until the next week due to work and she was able to hold it for me until then with no issue. Great customer service and a great job done on my dress! Thank you Julie!! She has done many alterations for me, this is just the first time that I’m posting a review on it. She is able to do everything that I ask majority of the time and she works very quickly. She recently took out my zipper to the attached pink and purple dress and made it more formal fitting on me. She also has done alterations for my grad dinner dress. 10/10 work!
She has done many different alterations for me, dresses, jeans, pants, etc. Always satisfied with her work, and find it very reasonably priced. The parking situation is very limited, so I try to go right when she opens.
