UR&R was the best experience. I would give them 1,000 stars ✨ Customer care was phenomenal. They were clear, kind, helpful, professional, on time, quick response, family oriented, well educated on the materials being used, were on site to check up on the work as it was being done (even after completion) and had all the certification that is needed. I knew our home was in good hands. We are incredibly blessed that we found them to make our dreams come true. We are in love with the roof and our new covered patio. I highly recommend UR&R ? you will Not be disappointed.

Quality work at a good price. Showing attention to detail, the quotation also included a recommendation to improve ventilation in the garage attic. Anthony was easy to deal with and ensured our roof was replaced in one day by assigning sufficient resources. The crew clean up was thorough and the roof looks great. More than happy to recommend Universal if you need your roof replaced.
