Perhaps I was too hasty with my review on Unique about my poor experience with them from this past Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday (Thursday), the owner (Mark) personally called and apologized for his staff poor services. He took responsibility and gave no excuses. He assured me he will get a technician to service our mosquito system immediately and properly. He stated he and his team will work to regain our satisfaction. Changing my review. Updated my review after owner saw my original review contacted me, assured me that the problem would be corrected and it was. We have been customers for 7 years and will continue be. I appreciate attentiveness to his customers.
