I just had the best experience at this Ulta with Anita. She dedicated all of her time to me and helped thoroughly find my products and was very knowledgeable on most of the products, especially the skincare. She even provided me free samples for the products I couldn’t find. Give Anita a raise/promotion!
I stopped at the Ulta on Richmond ave today for a few things, mainly a perfume selection. Some associates were standing together & when I asked a ? about 2 products, Janna, was quick to assist. She was very knowledgeable, helping me find a fragrance (will return for further search), & she even recommended a product that was on sale, which I purchased. Her knowledge of a variety of products & and customer service will be the impetus for my return. Thank you, Janna. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ulta.
I had a wonderful experience with Rhonda at the salon! She was wonderful and did such a beautiful job on my hair. I got cut color and highlights. She knew exactly what I wanted, and was very experienced and knowledgeable. She’s my new hairdresser! Thanks again, Rhonda, I got lots of compliments.
