I had not opened my makeup until last Friday. I got a shade darker from being in the sun. I had to take my makeup back. I spoke to the manager on the phone prior to going there. She was very nice. I forgot her name. Shanti was not available so Katie color matched me this time. Katie was very very kind. Winston was my cashier and she was nice too. Another great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty! About two weeks ago, Kaitlyn did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the results.
What I appreciated most was that she really listened to what I wanted instead of trying to create a look she preferred. She was flexible, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel beautiful on such an important day.
