Wonderful place to pamper yourself. I go here for special facials by Roxanna. Quit, peaceful and the service is exceptional! I visited the restraint on the third floor of Nordstrom. What a special treat, Jerell is a superb chef.

The ladies here are so kind and talented. Roxanna has been doing my facials for years and I’m always thrilled with the results. She makes me feel so comfortable there. Lilly is so talented and caring she makes my nails look amazing!

I'm in Houston for a business trip and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure after a long day of working on my feet. Since I'm unfamiliar with the area, I decided to make an appointment with Spa Nordstrom since I know Nordstrom has excellent service. I'm so glad I did! Spa Nordstrom is a little oasis of peace and quiet inside the busy Galleria Mall. I checked in and was taken back for my service immediately and offered a beverage. Lili did an excellent job on my pedicure. She had great attention to detail and made an effort to make sure I had a wonderful experience. Nooshi working on the front desk was also wonderful.
