This ULTA has the worst customer service. The products are hardly ever restocked and when they are they are not organized. The associates never offer to help but will definitely follow you around the store. They just want to rush you through the line so don’t expect a welcoming attitude or them to answer many questions. Juliette definitely made me feel like I was asking for too much when I simply wanted to see where my points were at before I made an additional purchase. I try to avoid this location because the customer service is just so bad every single time.
Paris did my make up and hair for a wedding and OMG! She left me looking flawless. She was sweet and a true beauty expert. If I could fly from LA to Houston to get my Makeup done by her for every event I promise I would. Thank you Paris for being such a blessing on such a special trip hope to see you again
Went by today and Ms. Ari did a gorgina (gorgeous) job on me, walked me through every step and helped me pick all the right shades and tones for me. A very warm hug and a thank you to this lovely woman! (:
