Neat Pretty Braids

The braiders did an excellent job, which is worth 5 stars. I take away two stars because the owner told me that knotless braids weren't going to look right because my hair was fine (not thick). Moreover, she kept arguing loudly on her phone whenever she came to the shop (someone named Mustafa apparently stole money from her and the person with whom she spoke was trying to mediate the issue). I booked small braids and ended up with extra small--they looked beautiful, but I didn't ask for that size. Majority of stylists were very nice. It was very frustrating that Kandi spent so much time in her cell phone which resulted in me being there for 12 hours! Didn't leave the salon until 1:30 am. Outside of this I am very satisfied with the quality of my braids, they look great & I've received lots of compliments. All stylists did a great job were not rough on my scalp & checked in to make sure I was doing OK. Next time I plan to call & ask for the earliest time available & will try to go on a non-busy day. I went on a Friday & overheard it said that this is one of their busiest days.

The braids were very nice & neat. However, my appt was started late, I requested medium & did not want waist length & got small down to my waist (which took 2 hrs longer). I asked for knotless & they’re knotted. & I also asked for only 1 pack of curly hair to add in. They added 3 packs & charged an additional $50. I like the way the braids look, but they’re not at all what I wantedService: Braids
