MyEyeDr. is a highly recommended clinic that provides exceptional service and care. The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly, making patients feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Tran, the new Eye Dr., is aaaaahmazing, taking the time to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable way. The clinic's staff, including Dr. Tran, work with patients' financial situations and prioritize their needs. The clinic has a trustworthy and professional atmosphere, making patients feel confident in their care.
This is one of the best eye care places I’ve been to, and I’m usually really picky. The staff are amazing and truly know their stuff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable, not awkward at all. The eye technician was skilled and seamless with the machines and testing process, and they were also a great help when it came time to pick out frames. There were so many selections, and their guidance made the process easy and stress free. The doctor was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Ali Zeb has great reviews for a reason. After taking Ozempic, I started getting flashes and floaters, and he made time for me the same day as my primary care doctor sent in the referral (flashes is a medical emergency; they need to rule out retinal detachment).
However, if you're getting this kind of exam, ask if they will be dilating your eyes because it's best if you have someone to drive you home. I came alone and had to drive myself home, and it wasn't great.
Update: unfortunately, I was quoted a price for new glasses, but no one told me I had to make a decision asap. When I went back in, the price was 50% higher. Also, the exam results were promised...read full review
I’ve been ordering my glasses from this location for several years, and the service has always been exceptional. The manager, Immaculay, is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. The staff greets me by name and always provides outstanding assistance. My family and friends also do business here, and we all receive the same excellent care. It’s rare to find such personalized and consistent customer service, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and a great experience.
