I had to fill out paperwork again when I got to the office because whatever I did on Zocdoc didn't transpose to their end.The assistant who saw me before Dr. McCain was efficient and friendly.Dr. McCain was easy to talk to.My only concern is that I have yet to hear back from their office about my prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy. It's been 5 days (as of this writing) since I was seen by the provider. I've left a voicemail and also sent them a message through their website inquiring about it's status.

Dr. McCain is a great doctor; she is young but knowledgable. It is so easy to book appointments online and I never have to wait forever for my prescriptions to be called in. She takes time to listen to my concerns and does not try to schedule a million separate appointments because I ask about another issue. She does a great job making me and my children feel comfortable and giving us the best advice.
