Dr. Mark Brooks dermatologist and his assistant Abigail Pena super amazing and made me feel taken care of the entire time. They answered all my questions and the procedure was very pleasant. I 100% recommend them if you are getting a cyst removal. I was very scared initially but they guided me through the entire process making my experience a pleasant and safe one thank you so much!
Very good clinic, doesn't take long to get seen.
Very disappointed that I can’t get in touch with anybody. The patient portal and the Healow app are not working. I called on the phone, no answer. I even send a text message since they used to have a text message service. No way of communicating to ask some questions about my husband medication. I also have an appointment coming up but no point on going if I can’t get in touch with the office staff for follow ups.
