Every time I come into this Washermat it is clean there's always washers and dryers available and we don't have to share hanging carts ,Moe was very friendly she helped me purchase the detergent that I needed and I also watched her clean as I was there doing my laundry it's people like this ,who like their job and make you feel welcome in the community establishments

My encounter with the staff at this location was pleasantly surprising. They were very professional, patient, and friendly. For the doubters, yes, employees can be professional, but cold. Their disposition made the place seem more than a dry cleaner.
I am very satisfied with results of my clothes.
2020: I've been very impressed by the quality of their work and to be honest had no idea Tide had cleaning services outside their products. I am also very grateful to them supporting frontline workers through the pandemic - a load of laundry done is indeed a load off the mind I have discovered.
Update: The Bellaire location and delivery concierge is superior to Holcombe in terms of service. Today the front desk worker assumed I was going to Goodwill around the corner and had a weirdly aggressive edge with me. Otherwise, as others have noted, it's pricy. However the convenience of the delivery route for my routine dry cleaning is so high that it trumps it for me.
