Celeste is beyond excellent! She knows me to the point that a stranger could deliver my clothes to her and they will come back to me exactly the way that I want them because she knows how am. If she gets transferred to another location so will I
Every time I come into this Washermat it is clean there's always washers and dryers available and we don't have to share hanging carts ,Moe was very friendly she helped me purchase the detergent that I needed and I also watched her clean as I was there doing my laundry it's people like this ,who like their job and make you feel welcome in the community establishments
Good job Moe 👏 hope you get your promotion
My encounter with the staff at this location was pleasantly surprising. They were very professional, patient, and friendly. For the doubters, yes, employees can be professional, but cold. Their disposition made the place seem more than a dry cleaner.
I am very satisfied with results of my clothes.
