I go here every blue moon to get my suit jackets cleaned and its as expected, the suit returns clean. The reason I return is the phenomenal customer service. We are in the Galleria, there are a million and one options for dry cleaning, but Bobby's quick friendliness makes this an easy choice. He greeted me by name after a months gap between my last visit. What I would do for that type of memory...
For some time now we have trusted the folks at this store to take care of all our cleaning needs. Day in and day out they greet you with a smile and are happy to help you. Even when things don’t always go right (with a lost or delayed item) they are there to help you figure it out. Super service and great manager.
I normally don’t write reviews, but this cleaner is down the street from my apartment. Every time I come in the gentleman calls me by name he knows exactly which shirts are mine absolutely friendly neighborhood service. Highly recommend
