I was a little worried given some of these reviews and I don’t want to invalidate anyone’s experience, but today I took my sweet old cat here for flea treatment / prevention and everyone was awesome. While I only booked for flea treatment, Dr. McGovern gave my cat a full exam and even addressed other concerns I had about my cat. Dr. McGovern and Blair (sorry if I am misspelling anyone’s name) were both kind and gentle with my cat. Thank you for your help today!
I have to say my first experience at Vetco was very good. Jada the vet tech was friendly. Dr Medina was professional, courteous, and just full of positive energy. He took the time to address all my questions and was just overall helpful. This will be my new vet and I will bring my other dog here as well for future routine exams.
I read all the reviews and noticed a certain vet at this place had several negative reviews so I called in to make sure my visit is not with that doctor. But don’t hesitate to book Dr Medina if you want to give this place a try.
I’m a first time Kat Lady. Brought my kitten for her first visit, and the vet technician, Claire, was very nice and really took the time to educate me on how to take care of my little one. I was very happy with my first visit.
