I received amazing service. I showed them a picture and the end product blew me away. They all work together to take care of their customers. If you haven’t been here, you need to go. I got cat eye nails. The color I brought in was a lot darker, but she added a red she had and my nails turned out better than I expected. the lady at the front was very nice. although there were only three customers, it took a while for an employee to start doing my nails. the results were 7/10 due to not fully painting them. i had also asked for my eyebrows to be waxed after and the lady did not ask how i wanted them done, she just went ahead and took off half of it off. i wouldn’t go there again.

Today was my second time at this nail spa. The first time I went I was serviced by DEE, and she was excellent. I will say that my nails be in bad shape every time I take them off and have to get a new set because I am a nail biter. Well today I went and was told that Dee was on vacation. I specifically told the guy at the counter that I was picky and to give me someone that was good with pedicures and nails. The lady that did my pedicure was awful. I told her and Mary that I needed my two big toes refilled and the lady said no because she filed them down really good. It pisses me off when I tell people what I want, and they do what they want.
