I went in today to a location close to my work. I was feeling very stiff , my shoulders blades were hurting and my neck very tight, my lower back in pain . After my session, I feel so light that I can move without pain. I feel flexible and am just happy to be able to move and work out without pain. My doctor used a good technique and was very precise in locating ther areas that needed to be fixed. I'm very very pleased and ?

This was my third time at this location. I normally go to the locations closer to my home on the North side. I have been getting Chiro services since injuries sustained in an accident in 2005. I make it a to do/must to go every two weeks or once a month depending on life's activites. Things change, a new job, exercise routine, etc. The receptionist, Ana was friendly and attentive to my needs as always. It's all about maintenance to continue feeling and being the best version of yourself pain free. The attending Dr. Gooden did an awesome job with my adjustment again today. Receptionist was very nice and the chiropractor was great. She even sent me an email with stretches to help my neck and shoulders in between adjustment appointments. Would definitely go back to this location.
