My chiropractor Dr.Johnson, absolutely wonderful! She is so understanding and really listens to your concerns. She is very quick at identifying the issue and her treatment is so gentle yet highly effective. I always walk out feeling so much better. Highly recommend her!

This goes out to Ms. Rayna, the young lady helped me. I had a account issue where I had close my account at their Kirkwood & Memorial location. Several months ago I had filled out their cancelation form but they never received it, so I decided to go in personally, I walked in to hopefully feel welcome & sure enough Ms. Rayna greeted me with a AMAZING smile, she was very professional and actually took care of my issue that same day. Sometimes it's not often to go into a business & ask for a refund without a fight LOL, but Ms. Rayna was on point with her great customer service. Thank you Joint Chiropractic for hiring such a customer service Queen!!!!
