From beginning to end the service was impeccable. great conversation during the process and most importantly great results. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I knew about everything. 5 stars across the board
I sent my mother to be serviced for brows as a gift and I am so pleased that I did! I admit I was not concerned or worried prior to the appointment due to the caliber of work that I have seen Gleaux Studio provide; Phyllis is amazing at what she does. She listens to her clients, she perfects her craft with continued education, and she cares about the service she provides and quality of it. She helped my mom feel comfortable and delivered flawless, new, and improved brows. Now as soon as I can get to Texas or she can come to Arizona, I'm next! Thank you to Gleaux Studio for taking care of my mommy! ❤
Omg where do i start!! I have to say Phyl is amazing first and foremost. I was researching microblading and wanted someone who looked like me to handle my brows since these were going to be on my face lol...I emailed her and her response time was IMPECCABLE...she is beyond professional. She answered all of my questions throughly. I scheduled my intial appointment and unfortunately had to move some things around due to a death in the family and Phyl was more than accomdating. Fast forward to finally making it to my appointment. I was super nervous becasue I have sparse eyebrows. From the moment you walk in the energy is EVERYTHING!!! Phyl explains the whole process throughly and makes you feel super comfortable. She also makes it a point to let you know hey if you dont like something please speak up because this is something you have to wear not me! (most people do not care enough to do that). She made my vision of having brows COME TO LIFE! I cannot thank her enough for what she has done. She is a perfectionist and i am THANKFUL for it. i have recieved so many compliments and cannot say enough GO SEE HER!!! she will make it happen for you. I cannot help but to look in the mirror everytime i pass one! Not having eyebrows and also not knowing how to draw them on was something i struggled with but NOW I have the joy of waking up and not stressing because they are there and they are LITERALLY PERFECT! I cannot wait to see them fully healed!! I cannot thank you enough Phyl for making my brow dreams come true!!!
