I’ll be honest I was a bit skeptical coming here after seeing so many negative reviews after the name change as I too used to come when it was still TSO. However I decided to give it a try considering the location and the friendliness from the reception when I initially called to schedule my husband and I appointments. I can assure you all of those negative reviews definitely proved to be inaccurate as everything about this place was on point and they exceeded beyond my expectations. When I first scheduled I did not have my insurance information on hand and told the receptionist I would call back before my appointment to be sure to provide it. I have eye issues and am very intentional about my annual exam. When selecting new lens, I was given all the choices but never felt I was being encouraged to upgrade. I just picked up my new glasses which are perfect......but I asked how they got the lens so clean. I was given spray and a cloth and instructions. and an invitation to come in and fill the cleaner bottle as needed. Everyone was so professional and still kind. From reception through testing and then purchasing-I had only positive experiences.
