They locked us to a yearly plan that we pay more than a hundred dollars a month for, and when after months and months there was no sign of termites and we wanted to cancel, they said the cancellation fee was more than 600 dollars. Don't think there is much on their end to do for cancellation they bury a couple cans with termite poison around your house all they are going to do is come pick them up I could've even unearthed them for them.I'd suggest not getting the protection if you don't have termites. John has been my Terminex Technitian for 20 plus years. He is always on time, does a great job, and answers ALL my questions. He returns if I have any issues, and he works tirelessly to keep me termite and insect free.
The serviceman was informative and diligent. He explained all that he did and what to expect on the next visit. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Marco seemed to enjoy his job.
