Another customer mentioned that Terminix not only eliminated their termite infestation but also keeps up with annual inspections to ensure the termites do not return, providing peace of mind. Jason G performed an annual termite inspection with great thoroughness, checking both the interior and exterior of the home, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. While there have been mixed experiences with financing through their in-house service, which is provided by a third party, overall, Terminix's services, including home inspections, have been well-received. Customers appreciate the niceness, informative nature, and hard work of employees like Russell and Jason.
They make this so easy, the tech is always reaching out before hand to let me know he is on the way to service my home. They do a great job and I have not had such a probem with wasp and dirt dobber like was experiencing before. Thanks Terminix!! The price goes up every quarter though, that’s concerning.
Our technician, Daniel Lucas, is great! Unlike some technicians we've had in the past, he seems to really care about doing a good job. He listens when I tell him about certain pests and he wants to help! He's careful to let us know when he's coming and afterwards he tells us the details about his service. He seems to be very thorough!
Technicians does very good work. And when done they message me and send pictures of things they see around my home and I appreciate that. And they let's me know when their done. Always on time or they would call me when being a little late. I appreciate that awesome job guys Thank you
