I called Sam on Sunday, and he responded very quickly. By Monday, I had a fair quote for a replacement AC unit, and on Tuesday, he and is crew did the installation. I contacted Sam bright and early yesterday morning to service my a/c unit. It wasn't working and was giving off a burning smell. Sam came within the hour to service the unit. He discovered the blower motor and motherboard needed to be replaced. He replaced all the parts, rewired everything and got me up and running again within a few hours. I can't thank Sam enough for fixing my unit. He's earned a customer for life!
I am so pleased with the service I received from Sam's HVAC! Crew arrived early and got a new AC system in place (inside and outside) within hours! I will be using them for all my AC needs from here on out....also he was pleasant and very reasonable in his pricing so that made working with him all the better. Highly recommend!
