I have been a suite owner the last 2 years at Salons by JC at West U! It has been the perfect location and place to launch my aesthetic business, the location is central to so many of my clients and the management are supportive and communicative! I have loved having my business here and would highly recommend for any small business to start or continue their business at Salons by JC at West U!

Nataly just saved me from a trainwreck haircut at another salon. I called the morning I needed her and — without being a loyal client — she accommodated me in her busy schedule. Within minutes of walking into her salon, she appropriately assessed the damage and made the haircut outcome better than I could have ever expected. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this” and she totally did! Amazing price, and the way she treated me was like family. Nataly is exemplary of what a great hair salon is — I’ll never go anywhere else in Houston!Edit: forgot to mention the fact that there is an amazing receptionist who is so friendly and walks you to your appointment....read full review
