Very fast and efficient. Also they were personable.
Shutters look great and Joe did a great job installing them. The only minor issue for improvement would be to have matching caulk color for the small mounting screws for the shutters over the top of the bathroom window. The caulk is white but still not a match to the white shade of the shutters. Again the is minor.
I have used Rockwood twice for blind or shade installation. I have had a great experience both times. My most recent job, the installer was Jeremy and he did a fantastic job. Very trustworthy, very knowledgeable and was in and out efficiently. He did a great job!
