Scheduled my car to be towed to a mechanic a day in advance through GEICO. They chose this company for me. I was going well when they came to get my car the following morning I had a friend who was gonna ride with them to the mechanical shop because I was unavailable and they proceeded after the vehicle was Already connected to their tow truck to tell my friend that he had to pay $20 to ride with them when this toe was 100% covered underneath my GEICO insurance the tow truck driver told me he was an independent and that since it wasn’t a family member like he would’ve known… He had the right to charge them when I called the company and asked if the driver wasn’t...read full review
I’m thankful for the reviews on here luckily I came to check the reviews and saved time so I could call my insurance company to assign someone else to get my car. My insurance called them and they told them to assign someone else themselves so it all worked out. Campbell’s towing came quickly and they use insurance.
Worst tow experience, driver dropped my vehicles off at requested location and dropped one of their phones in the vehicle. After calling for my consent to retrieve the phone they set off the alarm at the location and tell me that he already dropped the key off at the dealership, leaving my trucks lights to be flashing the entire night draining my battery
