If I could give this towing company a NEGATIVE 0 star I would. If selected for any services from them please decline. I was leaving for work at about 4AM when my car wouldn’t start. Used roadside assistance through my insurance company to request a jump start. My insurance company connected me to RoadNet. Estimated time of arrival was initially 55-85 minutes, but after that time expired no one showed up. The towing company did not call me. Instead, they continued to adjust the ETA for 45, 22, and 20 minutes. When they finally arrived, I called to inform them that they’d need gate code access before coming into my residence and that they needed to call me to get in....read full review
I call the night before and set up an to appointment to take my car to the dealership, the next morning the driver was at my house at 7:50 am and everything went smoothly and quick!And the price is good! I’m a very satisfied with the whole experience!Service: Car towing
Company is TERRIBLE!!.. Customer service dispatch guy was rude!!. Hours of waiting and wasted time. First time I called dispatch stated he will give the driver my number .. 2nd time I called dispatch stated driver 20 minutes away.. 3rd time I called they couldn't come .. Don't be in business if you don't want to help those stuck on the road.
