Very disappointing roadside assistance experience. GEICO initially scheduled the service for 7:45 AM, but no one showed up. I called GEICO again, and the service was rescheduled for 9:00 AM. Again, no one arrived.

I then called the roadside assistance company directly and was told the driver would be there within 10 minutes. After waiting, I called again and was told the same thing—another 10 minutes. The driver finally showed up about 40 minutes later.

Scheduled my car to be towed to a mechanic a day in advance through GEICO. They chose this company for me. I’m thankful for the reviews on here luckily I came to check the reviews and saved time so I could call my insurance company to assign someone else to get my car. My insurance called them and they told them to assign someone else themselves so it all worked out. Campbell’s towing came quickly and they use insurance.
