Guy tried to charge me $209 for a basic tow and when I told him I’m finding help elsewhere, he proceeded get upset, track my location, come to my location and watch someone else help me while he was in his own personal vehicle. Didn’t know who he was so I walked up to his car after 15 minutes of him absolutely hawking us and asked for help assuming he was just an older man watching and being nosy. He then proceeded say he was the other tow truck driver, wouldnt help (didn’t need it at that point, someone came 15 minutes later), do laps around my car and laugh as my tire remained flat due to my spare being old. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I was stranded due to my battery needing a jump after leaving my lights on too long at HEB. I waited and had lunch at LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE FOR 3 HOURS HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THANK GOD I HAD MY OWN BATTERY CHARGER KIT AND SOME NICE PEOPLE AT HEB HELPED ME RIGHT AS MY CAR STARTED BACK UP WITHOUT WILLIE. THANKS THE UNIVERSE AND NOT WILLIE!
Never in my life!!!! I simply called for a tow truck to tow my truck to a tire shop. Nothing else. I was asked what kind of car do I have. I said I have a truck. He recommended I change the spare. I told him I called for a tow nothing more. He told me to call someone else. I’m a lady stranded with kids and he is 6 miles away so I just knew I found help. Nope! Idk what’s wrong with this tow company but that was very controlling, absentminded, arrogant and evil! I’m at lost for words.
