The studio offers a powerful combination of dance, yoga, meditative flow, and barre work. Dancing in the dark is powerful and can boost mood within the first 5 minutes. The environment is impressive and the lighting is spot on. The instructors are very kind and welcoming, working with each person to their level. There are 2.5 walls worth of wall mirrors, making it great for practicing. The owner is very kind and patient. It is an awesome place to be for anyone to try.
I love this studio!! They are very kind and welcoming. The instructors really work with you on making you comfortable and to your level. I've signed up for the ballet and yoga classes and I always look forward to coming here!
Cool little studio! There are 2.5 walls worth of wall mirrors here which makes it great for practicing. The upstairs loft also has a cool vibe.
