Brent and his company truly rescued us!!! We had a 220 leg go out and CenterPoint was not able to provide a bridge due to distance. Even though it was late Friday, Brent got his trenching crew started early on a Saturday and they worked 14 hours on Saturday to dig a 2'X2' trench to bury the line. and his crew arrived early Sunday, buried the new line in conduit and called CenterPoint. Again because of Brett and his crews, they turned off the power but stayed rather than have a separate call. We had a new line buried in less than 24 hours!! We did not have to suffer weeks without 220 - meaning no AC or any appliances. Brett and his company truly go the EXTRA MILE and then some I would give them 20 stars if I could Top service the entire 2 days!!
RBG Services is an excellent company. We first had them do a few small electrical jobs for us. They were always quick to respond and did great work at a reasonable price. Then our aging home and its aluminum wiring gave us a scare! Brett came out and gave us an entire house and garage estimate to pigtail the aluminum with copper wiring. Took them less than a day and we have a large home. Thrilled with the work and glad to have some piece of mind. Price was great too!!!!
