Ms. Shirley is amazing! She is so sweet and welcoming and truly loves the dogs she works with. I bring my miniature Dachshund in all the time to get her nails trimmed and dremmeled because it’s proven to be very difficult trying to do ourselves. However Ms. Shirley is so caring with our dog Sunny and gets it done so easily and perfectly! She is so passionate and caring about what she does, highly recommend!!
This place is awesome!!! Shirley the groomer does my dogs and after they leave I feel like they should be put on display. The place looks and smells clean. They are so nice and she knows what she is doing. I have been taking my dogs to Shirley for many years and I just absolutely love her. My white Schnauzers Mickey looks picture perfect and my salt & pepper Schnauzer London, her coat feels and looks like I spent a fortune on her.
My sister and I walked into Home Depot on Hwy6 a week or so ago with my baby, Bella… and her dog, a golden doodle! We ended up sparking up a conversation with a very nice lady who also owns a golden doodle! She showed us pics and videos and mentioned that she takes HER baby to Puppy World, not far down Westheimer. I’ve been taking Bella to another groomer for 6 years and thought, I’d try it out. I called and booked an appointment! Ms. Shirley was so nice. She took great care of Bella. We stood there and talked forever upon my return to pick up my baby. She reminds me so much of my grandmother! I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend! 🙏💕
