Premier Electrolysis of Houston offers top notch, affordable services with great customer service. Jackie and Ambar are knowledgeable and professional, providing a steady hand and gentle, patient care. The process is quick with very little discomfort, and the room is clean with incredible vibes. Both ladies cater to specific hair types, inform clients every step of the way, and help ease any discomfort with warm, comforting conversation. The business is outstanding, very price competitive, and a great location. Clients have seen awesome results and look forward to returning for future services.
I had a genuinely good experience with Ambar and wanted to leave this review partly because I saw a negative review that I think gives people an inaccurate idea of how electrolysis actually works.
Ambar was kind, professional, attentive, and very responsive to me as an individual. I specifically told her that I have a high pain tolerance, and she adjusted the settings accordingly with my knowledge and consent. I appreciated that because I would rather have treatment tailored to what I can comfortably tolerate than have someone automatically use the lowest possible setting.
