I’ve been coming to Planet Nails for a little over 2 years now. After having to find another nail salon I lucked up after trying Planet Nails one day and I’ve continued to be a satisfied customer. I learned it’s best to book an appointment a head of time because they do get busy really quick. I’ve never once experienced bad customer with the staff at this nail salon. I’ve also never had an issue with the quality of my service and if there’s something I’m not happy with, they’ve always been happy to fix it. I visited here for the first time on February 17, 2024. My best friend and I wanted pedicures and this place was near where we live. My friend got the deluxe pedicure and I got the basic with regular polish. The front desk host was very friendly and courteous and she was able to find the reservation I had made.The service was good-I think we were done within 45 minutes or so. Although I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to shellac or gel polish, I stuck with the regular polish and was happy with the results and price. I feel that between the service we received, the free drinks and the welcoming atmosphere, this is a place I can return to for my pedicure needs.

I came here 3 weeks ago and the experience was very nice. Customer service was amazing. They treated my kids so well and were very patient with me with not knowing which color to get. Nails are still good and I was very happy when I walked out.
