I went today for the first time and I had really good experience. The nail technician was Lili. She is nice and polite and gave me exactly what I asked for. For sure I'll come back
My experience here was great minus a few very important things . I came in to soak off a set I already had and to get an overlay since I’ve been trying to grow out my natural nails . When I got the overlay , she laid a lot of acrylic down and instead of thinning out my nails from the top down , she drilled under my nails and drilled parts of my natural nail off . At first I didn’t say anything because I thought she was drilling the extra acrylic that hangs off sometimes but then I noticed she was drilling a lot.
