It’s nice to know they treat some people with decency , however I wasn’t granted that mercy. I came in and asked for a brow and lip wax , and then decided I wanted my lower chin. Fast forward to my service being a rushed and the tech working, did not seem to care where the wax landed. I asked for a receipt for a proof of purchase since I was paying cash for a half done service and this is what I received . Will never come here again.

I would give this place 0 starts if I could I'm not the type of person that leaves negative reviews but I was so upset. I asked for a oval Frenchies, to begin with The guy who did my nails was very rude& rough. My nails were so thick, bulky and uneven the guy added maybe about 5-7 coats of the white nail polish which made them supper thick!! I left very unhappy but still paid. I went back a few days later to soak them off because they were so bad and they took them off with the tip of a nail (which hurt) and still charged me soak off price. If i could give this place 0 stars i would . I come here pretty often and it’s always a problem. I got my nails done here 3 days ago and literally the paint came off the NEXT day . The guy only put one coat and was extremely rude to me but I was never rude to him . Some of my nails are uneven as well . I came back on this lovely Sunday with no attitude and asked the manager could he fix my nail. He then told me to come back at 3. I showed up ON TIME at 2:50 and he proceeded to tell me that that can’t fix my nail and wanted to just give me $20 back because he was not professional and stated that he would not be able to fix my nail .
