The tech that came out did an awesome job explaining the problem, and what it took to repair it. This company called me with the status of the ordered part and returned to my house and fixed the problem in less than 5 days. I'll use them again.
Appreciate the honesty, rare these days. Barry was professional and trustworthy! Could’ve been dishonest about the service required for monetary gain, however he was honest about the service required. Definitely would do business with them in the future!
Good service and very punctual. Technician tested all my heater vents and found that it was performing well even though I was staying cold. The vaulted ceiling and the draftiness of my old house are the culprit not my heater. He took time to explain my heater’s capability and some things I can do on my own to improve the results I get. A very honest company. A truly rare breed in this day and time. Would highly recommend.
