Phil's AC and Heating came out after our upstairs AC quit working. Joseph came out a few days later and got straight to work. Respectful, hardworking, and provided a clear explanation of what was going on. Please give Joseph a raise and hang onto him. He was awesome!
They did a good job, I’m out in Texas City so it’s a little bit of a track for them. They had to come out twice, which isn’t bad at all. Great service and the air conditioning is working great now I actually got to meet the owner Philip, very nice guy.
We just moved here and were having ac issues. Lance was awesome explained the issues and fixed everything and briefed us at the end of service. Would recommend him again he understood our frustration cause we just got the house and the hvac is fairly new and he explained mitigation steps to prevent future issues.
