The only employee that was working, she was the best! She helped me with getting crickets for my chameleon and made a small talk with my 12 year old and responded all her questions, it was nice to see that!

This store provides exceptional customer service. I just adopted a puppy and they helped me with purchasing some essentials. The entire staff was great but specifically Nancy and Josh ensured that I was well taken care of. Even Summer (store manager) was extremely helpful and friendly. A real breath of fresh air from other Petco stores in the city.
