Bright Event Rentals

Bright Event Rentals offers a wide variety of event rentals, with a focus on quality, service, and new inventory. Their team of experienced professionals aims to make the event planning process fun and easy.

While customers generally report positive experiences with the company, there have been some concerns regarding their phone service. Some customers have had negative interactions with the initial phone representative, but note that Bright Event Rentals utilizes a third-party service for phone answering.

When renting a space, customers have found the location to be difficult to find on Google Maps and suggest updating the map's directions. Some also mention challenges with the security system, as multiple doors with codes need to be opened, making it difficult to unload items without assistance. Finally, some renters have noted poor acoustics within the space.

Despite these minor issues, customers praise the responsiveness of the Bright Event Rentals team, particularly highlighting the helpfulness of Svea and Courtney. Many also appreciate the competitive pricing compared to other rental options.
