A Q Rentals Center, operating as Sixt, is noted for a fast, smooth, and helpful rental process with outstanding, professional, and friendly customer service. The staff is highly commended. While vehicle availability can occasionally vary, the service more than makes up for it. The new Royal Sonesta Hotel location is super convenient, right by the Galleria, leading customers to highly recommend and always return.
Service was outstanding! Sixt didn't have the X5 I reserved (due to multiple people not returning rentals on time) (the only reason for 4 stars and not 5), but they more than made up for it. The X3 worked well. Staff should be commended!
SIXT was so helpful and the customer service was on another level. Smooth rental process and they will help you the best way they can everytime. I highly recommend using SIXT; the new Royal Sonesta Hotel location is super convenient, it’s right by the Galleria.
