Let me first confess. I am NOT EASY to PLEASE. I am suspicious by nature and because of past experiences. When dealing with me, your words have to match your behavior or I'm done with you. No 2nd chances. Now with all that said. Rachel said she cares, she said she would take care of us and SHE DID just that!
Her team is professional, friendly and realisticly helpful. Dr. Cumming is INFORMATIVE. He makes sure you understand the process and your upcoming treatment.
