Shoutout to Vianey, Shoreih, Alyssa, Myra, and Shae. The whole team here goes out of their way to give a concierge experience. We love Paloma nails. My nails always look amazing, stay cute for 2 weeks at least with Dazzle Dry, and we never have to deal with choking fumes and toxic chemicals. Top notch.
Been going to Paloma for a couple of months now, after trying several nail salons, I finally found a clean, pretty salon with excellent customer service. I’ve had manicures and pedicures with many of the staff, and they were all great, but Janice is my top pick, her attention to detail is perfect. Also, I did not know about dazzle dry before Paloma, and now I can’t do anything other than that!
I stopped by Paloma the other day to pick up a gift card for my girlfriend after a friend recommended the salon. Even though I was only there briefly, I wanted to leave a review to thank the staff for being so friendly and helpful. The salon was very clean, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. 5 stars!
