I’ve been seeing Thanh for manicures and pedicures every two weeks for a couple years and she does an amazing job. She’s very detailed and thorough. My shellac manicure always lasts at least 10 days and the massage during the signature pedicure is so relaxing.Services: Pedicure

Definitely loved the entire experience, I went there to kickstart my bridal party and everything went really well except that I didn't get the hot towel treatment for my feet and I did not get a fan to dry up my nails, but my maid of honor got full service. That was a bit weird since it was my day but nonetheless it was a great experience. I did tell management and they gave me a discount for my troubles and told me that I should have received all of these services in full, which I really appreciated. I'll be coming here with my fiance the week before we get married so that we can get a mani-pedi together ❤️

I love Paloma and will return, but they had such a MISS in customer service a few weeks back. I have been going to Paloma River Oaks for the past 2 years. I scheduled a same day appointment and arrived to a completely empty salon. There was one other person waiting. I had to call the other location and realized that the receptionist at Yale St booked us for Yale, due to an AC issue at River Oaks, but never told us that we'd be at that different location 10 minutes away. They took us in at Yale; I got there maybe a half hour later after finding parking, already irritated because I took time off of work to get my mani-pedi.
