I decided to give Palazzo a try after hearing good things from my mom, and I will definitely be back! Everyone in the salon was very friendly, Mee took her time and gave great care while doing my pedicure! Pricing was pretty decent compared to where I normally go, I did the ultimate pedicure with shellac French tip and it was only $93.
Ben is the bomb ok!! I told him exactly what I wanted and he did just that. I’m on my 3rd week with these nails and I barely need a fill in so he will continue to get my business for as long as possible
When I first got them done and now 3 Weeks later
I went in for a pedicure which was very detailed and relaxing. The customer service was also a plus which are the only reasons I'm rating them 3 stars. My pedicure started chipping after only 2 days and i paid extra for gel. I also received an eyebrow wax and was left with red bumps and inflammation from her plucking way too roughly. Unfortunately for these reasons I will not be returning.
