This is the second time Orys has serviced my home. Both experiences have been great. From speaking to Rosie on scheduling, to the knowledgeable technician that came out both times and got straight to the bottom of them problem! He replaced my toilet in the blink of an eye. Thanks for all that you do.
Rick was prompt, clean, friendly, and down to earth. He didn't mind my dogs, cats, and kids all watching him work, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions plainly. 10 outta 10, would call for plumbing issues again.
At 10 AM I reached out to Ory's for assistance with my plumbing issue. The valve for my hot water heater was corroded and leaking. It is now 12:30 and the issue is resolved! Eder was very knowledgeable, kind and quick! I would definitely recommend this company.
