My first time at Opulence was Thursday, July 9 and Ross cut and styled my hair. My hair was coarse and extremely dry due to a medical condition. Ross did a deep conditioner on my hair and then I spent an hour under a hair dryer. I can’t believe how soft and manageable my hair is now compared to being frizzy and dry. I highly recommend this Salon. I have found my hair stylist with Ross and I won’t be using any other Salon.
Ms Carmen has been doing my short hair cut for for over 30 years. I have NEVER had any issue with her sitting an appointment, if anything it's me being LATE
If Im late, she will still accommodate my needs. She will take out of her BUSY schedule to meet my needs, by coming to my home for last minute fix up , and as picky as I am, I greatly appreciate her putting up with me
