Optical Illusionz is a family-owned business deeply rooted in the Houston community. They treat every patient like a neighbor and provide expert care with a personal touch. Patients had great experiences, with staff like Vianney, Joanna, Adri, and Areli being very helpful, nice, professional, and patient. Vianney spoke Spanish to help a family member. Joanna provided fast and convenient same-day glasses service. Adri helped choose frames carefully and patiently. Dr. Samuel Wen always provides excellent service, is very patient, and answers all questions. Patients highly recommend this location for all optical needs. They brought their prescription and were a tremendous help; staff made sure they were satisfied with the results. Patients will definitely go back and will NOT be disappointed.
