I’ve been a One Medical subscriber for a while now, but I usually stick to the Direct Message Care / Treat Me Now feature for minor issues. Today was my first time needing an in-person appointment. Since my regular PCP recently retired, I booked a visit with Dr. John Ma and it went great! I didn’t feel rushed at all, and Dr. Ma took his time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to digest. I left feeling like I’d found my new Primary Care Physician.
