I’ve been a One Medical subscriber for a while now, but I usually stick to the Direct Message Care / Treat Me Now feature for minor issues. Today was my first time needing an in-person appointment. Since my regular PCP recently retired, I booked a visit with Dr. John Ma and it went great! I didn’t feel rushed at all, and Dr. Ma took his time to explain all my options in a way that was easy to digest. I left feeling like I’d found my new Primary Care Physician.

Had a regular physical this past week. Dr. Ma was professional, on time, and had reference from our prior visits available for quick reference. I was also impressed with the professional and kind front desk (Sharish I believe) who checked me in and answered my insurance questions.
I tried out One Medical through amazon -- and this honestly was the best doctors experience I have ever had as an adult. It truly is a 1:1 experience and the doctor cares about you the individual and highly attentive throughout your appointment. Dr. Ma is probably the best physician I've been to.
