EDIT!!! MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!! The owner called me and profusely apologized for what I experienced. She worked with me to reschedule another appointment at no extra cost and said she would fix the style herself. When I returned to the salon, I wasn’t treated like a villain for my bad review, I was treated like any other customer! The original braider apologized to me in person and it felt sincere. My hair came out looking SIGNIFICANTLY better!! I couldn’t stop smiling and showing off pictures to friends and family!! I am saddened that my original experience wasn’t as awesome, but I am happy that they reached out and I was still able to have the style I wanted...read full review
