Made an appointment for 3:30. Got there early and the person that I talked to said the provider had to cancel my appointment. They claimed they tried to notify me, but I have no records of any calls. They wanted to reschedule for a different day, but that's not acceptable after I passed up any opportunities to see other doctors by waiting all day for this appointment to only have it cancelled on me without notice. Avoid this provider if you value your time and being treated with common courtesy.

I made an appointment with them immediately was so grateful, they told me the accept TEXAS STAR MEDICADE so they made the appointment took my name number insurance etc I showed up there for my appointment early & then was told I'm sorry we do not accept your insurance, we only accept commercial medicade, as if gas wasn't high enough they couldn't bother to give me a phone call.

Absolutely love this location Mrs. Joann is super friendly and helpful she definitely answered all my questions and concerns in such detail. I really enjoyed how professional and well mannered she was and cant complain about the physicians they are just as great. Will definitely be coming back great clinic.
