Unethical company. Stole money from customers.I used them to remodel my entire kitchen. However this company took thousands of dollars upfront PAID IN FULL knowing they could not deliver the product. Met and spoke to the owner Regina Phan and Alain Fails several times in office and promised to refund if we gave them time. REGINA PHAN lied about refunding us because she now has no longer returned our calls. ALAIN FAILS failed to reach out to his wife and partner as he mentioned he as well disappeared from the situation.Regina asked for time for the refund saying she was ill and going through a divorce. I was remodeling my home & unfortunately this company took our deposit and never delivered service. I had meetings and several phone calls with both owners Regina and Alain Fails. They both promised they would deliver or refund the money. It has been 7 months now and I have not yet received neither a phone call or email. They took about $10,000 paid up front and I had to seek another contractor because both owners dropped dead all of a sudden. I was even feeling bad for Regina whom had health problems and was nice enough to give her time to resolve this but did she? It was a sorry excuse take from people.
