Sonia has magic hands no joke. I didn’t realize I was such a tense person but Sonia works out every knot and every touch is super intentional. I have walked in hunched, bad posture and tense and I leave feeling so relieved and relaxed. Not to mention she is an amazing person. Her energy radiates and you can feel how genuine she is.
