Melissa is very kind and patient. I called on a Saturday to explain my pain and wasn’t sure if I would be able to come in the following Monday. She reassured me that she would inform the front desk to receive me if I felt able to come. She went above and beyond what a regular staff member would do for a patient, giving me the flexibility and support I needed.
Dr. Pensy Holmes provided manual therapy when my pain became unbearable after the initial assessment. She is outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly caring.
I highly recommend this therapy center. Wonderful people in general. The people that works there are amazing and caring people. Laugh and building relationships with different people was a great experience with Med Center Therapy Aquatic and physical therapy. Love you guys.
