It has taken me almost a year to get my shell buildout finished. It’s my first endeavor into a buildout of a shell building and I never would have expected it to take so long. The delays have been pretty equally divided between A) Missouri City, TX and their “inefficiencies”. And B) Our GC which has been one of the slowest companies I’ve ever dealt with. We threw the GC a few curve balls because I wanted to go with Max Comfort directly and we had to get some other work done by the landlord. We were desperate to have someone come look at our AC, it was hot, we had visitors and the air inside a room was hot too. They sent their technician the very next day and he fixed it right on the spot. I would definitely hire them again! Thanks!Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
