I love Phalla so much. I have gone to her 3 times in total and my mom has her hair done with Phalla once ever eight weeks. The first time I went was in May of 2022 and I went from brunette to balayage blond. She has worked with my hair gradually over the three times I have visited to her to continuously add more blond over time so that my hair wouldn’t end up damaged. She is a complete expert, so nice and completely considerate of what her clients want.

I have my hair taken care of by Phalla. She is awesome, she took her time to examine my hair and gave me her recommendations. She highlighted my hair, and to my surprise my hair was softer after highlights with no damage and the color is amazing. She cut and styled my hair. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years. She also followed up personally the next day to see if I had any issues. Superior care and service. Will be a forever customer
