Daniel.had not gotten my request to call on the way..& unfortunately he had to wait quite a while to begin work because I was just waking up...He was very courteous about the delay.Daniel seems to be really thorough..& a good communicator about his findings..he had noticed outside drain line dripping,so when in attic,he blew out line & put tabs in line as well as pan.He ckd thermostat to see if needed new battery...I feel he is a really good asset to your company.I hope to see Daniel in the fall for Heater ckup.
The technician was very nice and was diligent in cleaning the outside A/C. I appreciated that especially since it's so hot.
